1. Don’t hide removed products on shopping cart page.
I was managing items in my shopping cart on japanese restaurant’s website. When I removed “Unagi sushi” from the order, it just nicely faded out but still was there with a reset icon. I think that’s a good idea. Eventually I set sushi back and removed soup :)
2. Display the message after a successful contact form submission.
- This is good, but not enough.
It is so simple, but yet quite useful thing. Once I sent an enquiry via contact form and my message appeared on the next page along with “Thank You” text. I realized that I missed some details and sent adjustments right away. So this feature could save us time. They never responded to me though.
